[icq-devel] Change status difference between ICQ and AIM

I have been using that documentation as my guide.  The problem is that
doc for SNAC(02/04) doesn't show the TLVs mentioned by Stefan's note.

If you have not looked at it yet, I suggest you look
at the following site.  It explains the OSCAR protocol
in terms of both AIM and ICQ, and indicates difference
between them where applicable:
