[icq-devel] Ack type 2 msg; Strange packet from ICQ 2003a

Hi!

Is it advisable to acknowledge all type 2 messages, in particular
capability messages from original ICQ clients, e.g. CAP_STR_2001 and
CAP_STR_2002? Or is it ok to silently discard them? I'm writing an
ICQ client for mobile phones (J2ME), so traffic minimization is an
important issue. (<http://www.mobicq.org/>)

Another question: I got the following packet from an ICQ 2003a client.
Does anybody understand the SUB_MSG_TYPE2.MESSAGE part here?
