Maybe you mean that

- the vke.ru admin has a catchall set on his domain
- the vke.ru admin checks daily for users with the email address matching 
*@vke.ru using the white pages or whatever it is called
- te  vke.ru admin password request and changes the password so "you won't 
be able to login to it anymore" ?

I hardly call that "unregistering" :-)
