It is implemented in C for licq. I just can't get it working in Java for some 
reason. It could be the lack of signed types in Java, I haven't looked much 
into it, but if you can read C code and convert it to Java then we're good to 
go. The only thing we'd probably want to do is make use of Java IO streams 
instead of accessing arrays of bytes directly.
