Yes. TCP means the same thing as Direct Connection. Remember that the ICQ 
protocol changes completely over to TCP after the first connection is made in 
the official client, which isn't really that different from how AIM behaves, 
either, since once you establish a DirectIM with someone, it will try to send 
messages over that connection instead of going through the server.

BTW, your webpage says Internet Explorer, but it seems to launch OK for me 
under Linux. I am not sure if you were aware of that or not, but it's always 
nice to support other configurations. I don't really think you need that 
message saying it's only for IE 5.5. But just like no one should be sending 
in HTML mail either, they seem to like to do it all the time anyway.
