I have several databases on CD - but the CD is not here right now. if
you can wait a little while, I might be able to send you some over the
the 99a dbs I have available right now are > 100 MB and contain a lot of
private stuff. I don't wanna send those.

I've already implemented reading of 2000a-2003a dats, now I want just to
work on 99a/b files (that's why I need any 99a/b .dat & .idx files to
test the code).
