Yep - SNAC(3,11) is per-contact, not 'batched' like SNAC(3,4) can
be. Make sure you can handle multiple SNAC's in one TCP read, or
SNAC's split across a couple of TCP reads - these can all happen
within TCP/IP because it is stream-orientated.
