[icq-devel] User visibility

I've checked again the snac(13,11) and (13,12) you were right icq 2002 uses
those snacs but i still have a problem with snac (3,4)

Could you look at following packet and say what is wrong cause it seems that
the server does not respond to this command.

Does this snac require any priror initialization.
