[icq-devel] is SNAC 13/6 changed ?

Doug,

I've had problems with your description of 13/6 too, but I could finally handle a distortioned
version of Massimo's description in order to get it to work. 
The problem lies in the combination of the "ICQTIC" "0x20202020202020" and Time strings.
