[icq-devel] New Packet

Hey ho stranger,
	Actually, SNAC 15/3 -is- documented, at least in Massimo's document. Even more, 
simply by just watching the packet dump i could tell its a subtype A208, which as you can
see in your ascii representation of the packet, it points where to get the 'ads stuff' as 
Massimo's document explains.
Take a look at the document at www.icqv7.cjb.net  (Sorry i couldnt remember the rejetto.com url).

Anyways, if anyone cares , im just informing, i'm writing an ICQ server in the python language :)
as weird as that might sound its pretty funny by now.

I hope my brain cells keep the opensource idea up and running ;)
