[icq-devel] PHP + ICQ?

Hello there,
It seems to me that its gonna be easier for you to learn how to use the perl module
than writing a whole ICQ client from scratch, duh, heh.
vICQ AFAIR uses the lib icq module written by peter something if i recall :)
