    This SNAC(3,A) means,
    "the server rejects notification of UIN`s status"
    instead sending SNAC(3,B)/SNAC(3,C).
    So, we'll never know the status of UIN-136916511.

    Question: who knows what can we do to get that feature?
    Maybe it needs to set some params in our cababilities or server side roster?
