I'd like to add that type x0004 contains the TLV for your visibility setting
(the 0x00ca TLV).  It's value is 4, which means you want to be invisible only
to the people in your invisible list (for AIM the invisible list is also
called the block list or deny list.  Contacts that are in the invisible list
have a type of x0003).  The setting is always 1 byte.  Other possible values
are 1, allow all users to see you. 2, block all users from seeing you. 3,
allow only the users in the permit list.  And 5, allow only users on your
buddy list to see you.

I don't know what types x0009 or x0011 are.
