[icq-devel] Strange capability behaviour (some missing)

Hi,
according to my observations they started to send all capabilities twice... 
so the max capabilities limit is reached and some capabilities are cut 
out... If you use new capabilities format TLV(0x19) you still get all 
capabilities.
