[icq-devel] ICQ v8 Java or Delphi Lib (or Open-Source Client)?

I manage a project on sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooimlib/)
It's an ICQ V8 Java lib. It currently implements most of the basic thing you
can do with ICQ protocol.
